Fried Bread with Egg

Fried Bread with Egg

Bread, Egg, sugar, Oil, ( chili and Onion are optional)

Crack one Egg into a bowl, add 3 spoon sugar. if you want you can add chili slices, onion slices. Stir the mixture well. Then pour the mixture on the breads (one egg mixture is enough for 3 bread pieces), ensure that the surface of bread is well covered by the mixture. Take half tea cup oil in a fry pan keeping the burner in medium flame. After 1 minute warm, fry the breads (Each bread 1 or 2 minutes ) .

Patol fry - Short time cooking

Wash 5 or 6 Patol and Comb the Patols with a knife to slightly peel its skin. Now cut it vertically into half pieces. if you want you can peel its seeds using your thumb. Now add turmeric powder ( half spoon) and Salt (half spoon). Mix them properly. Heat the oil in a fry pan. Now fry the Patols until it become brown color.

Brinjal Fry in a few minutes

Cut the Brinjal into round pieces. Then mix Salt and Turmeric powder with it. Heat the oil in a fry pan. Then fry the pieces tossing those occasionally. The pieces will be soft and brownish color after few minutes. then it is ready for serve.

Egg Potato

You need Two egg, two Potato (each egg sized), Onion, green Chili, Salt, Tomato sauce

First boil the potato (about 30 minutes) . Then cut the potato into small pieces.(not too small). Take oil in a fry pan keeping the burner in medium flame then Add Onion slices, green Chili. after one minute add the egg and stir the mixture continuously. after 2 minutes add potato pieces. Then add half tea spoon salt( or according to your test ). Then add 3 or 4 tea spoon tomato sauce and Cook 5 minutes with stirring.

Potato Soup

Potato Soup

Potato, Ginger paste, Garlic paste, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, Green chili, Salt, tomato sauce.

Boil the 4 or 5 medium size Potato about 30 minutes. After that smash the potato well. Add 2 spoon Cumin powder into it and mix well. Take half tea cup oil in a pan keeping the burner medium flame. Add half tea cup onion slices, half spoon Turmeric powder, 1 spoon Garlic paste, 1 spoon Ginger paste, 3 or 4 green Chili. cook the mixture about 4 minutes with continuous stirring. After that Add the Potato mixture and 3 to 4 spoon Tomato sauce. Cook another 8 minute with stirring. Add 1 liter water (or less). Add 2 spoon salt ( according to your test). Cook the mixture until the mixture get concentrated ( it may took about 10-15 minutes).

Noodles Rice

Noodles Rice
You need noodles and rice in 2:1 ratio, you also need Egg, Salt, Onions, Green Chili, Tomato sauce (optional).

Boil one cup noodles about 2 minutes. Decant the water. Take half tee-cup oil in a frying pan and keep the burner in medium flame. Then fry the egg with stirring about 2 munites. Add one medium size onion's slices along with 3 or 2 green Chili. After one minute add half cup rice. Then Stir it for another 1 minute. Add noodles in it. then add spice, Salt (according to your test), 3 spoon Tomato sauce. Fry for 5 minutes with continuous stirring.

Potato Chips Fry in 5 minutes

Potato Chips Fry in 5 minutes.

First Wash the potato well and slice it. Then mix Turmeric powder and salt with the slices. Heat oil in a fry pan, when oil heated well fry the potato slices for 3 or 4 minutes.

Bitter Melon Fry

My cooking " Bitter Melon Fry "

first Take 5 or 6 piece of medium size bitter Melon and wash them well. Then cut them into small pieces, piece will be round in shape.
Then add salt (One tablespoon). Mix properly, After a few minutes squeeze the pieces and then bitter juice will come out. Don't take the juice.
Now warm 5 to 8 tablespoon oil in fry pan. Add Onion slices (1 tea cup) and chili (3 or 4) . fry it 3 or 4 minutes. Then add the bitter melon pieces along with 1 spoon Cumin powder, 1 spoon Curcuma powder and half cup water. Fry with medium flame, stir occasionally and then after few time water will boil up and 5 or 8 minute later your " Bitter Melon Fry " will be ready
