Make it happened. Set a big tv screen beside road junction. Then display from where street kid or poor people can find waste food. I know a lots of hotels or restaurants are there who have waste food. And create an app or use any social media for hotel or restaurant employee to post their waste food which will be displayed in the giant screen . Eventually everybody may involve in it.
